In this episode, we cover two different businesses,  one who, due to budget constraints, outsourced their QA (quality assurance) testing to India. The second company, which had a bigger budget, stopped development for a month, carried out load testing and QA, and invited friends and family to beta test the product. This led to a launch that went off without any significant problems.
